The 48th Annual Mile Marathon will be on May 20th, 2025
What is the Mile Marathon?This amazing one-mile run for Columbine students started in 1977, and is even one year older than the Bolder Boulder! Rich Castro, one of the founders of the Mile Marathon, figured out the Mile Marathon is the longest running children’s foot race west of the Mississippi. It is fun for the children and at the end students get to sign each others shirts.

¿Qué es el maratón milla?Este fantástico maratón de una milla para estudiantes de Columbine comenzó en 1977 ¡y es un año más viejo que el Bolder Boulder! Según Rich Castro, uno de los fundadores del maratón de una milla, es la carrera más larga de niños al oeste del Mississippi.
