Join Us for Boulder's Beloved Holiday Tradition!
Every year, Columbine Elementary participates in Boulder's spectacular Lights of December Parade, and we'd love for your family to be part of this magical evening! Our students help decorate the float and walk alongside it as we light up Pearl Street with holiday cheer.

Important Information
Float Participation:
- Space on the float is limited and reserved exclusively for Columbine Elementary students
- Students help decorate the float before the parade
- Adult volunteers walk alongside the float to supervise students
What to Bring:
- Warm winter clothing and coats
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Gloves, hats, and scarves
- Flashlights or glow sticks (optional but fun!)
Parking:
- Free parking is available in Boulder city parking lots at:
- 15th and Pearl
- 14th and Walnut (bus station)
- Important: Pay close attention to "No Parking" signs along and around the parade route
- The city will tow vehicles parked in the parade route
